Please read the following section carefully as it contains the legal terms and conditions that you agree by signing this contract. Repair Plus reserves its right to change the terms and conditions at any time and will provide all customers with a notice prior to the changes.
-Unlimited Callout: Repair Plus will respond to as many requests to fix a system emergency that occurs during the contract period. However, this excludes system emergencies that are associated with issues for which Repair Plus has provided the client with a quote to fix the root cause of the system issue and the client has not accepted that quote.
-Limited Callout: Under the “Green” annual maintenance package, Repair Plus will respond to a limited number of callouts based on the package description. However, charges of AED 200 per hour will be applied to these limited callouts. In case the client requires further callout services, a callout fee of AED 100, plus AED 200 for every hour of work required will be applied.
-Standard callout: Repair Plus will provide services under the scope of the agreement for repairs requested by the client within 24-48 hours. If the service request does not fall under the scope of the contract, the client will be charged a callout fee of AED 100, plus AED 200 for every hour of work required.
-Emergency callout: Repair Plus will provide services under the scope of the agreement for emergency repairs within 3 hours. Emergency callouts are limited to complete system emergencies and are categorized as :
-Complete failure of A/C systems on the premises.
-Complete failure of electrical power on the premises.
-Complete of failure of water system pressure on the premises.
-Complete failure of plumbing drainage system on the premises.
Service Location Specifications
For Services that have service charges that vary based on built up area, number of bedrooms and number of A/C units the following rules apply:
-Bedrooms are defined as any room that is used for sleeping purposes. A maid/driver room, study, library and any other room except living or dining is considered a bedroom when it comes to choosing your maintenance packages.
-If the built up area of the apartment or villa exceeds the defined limits that have been set for the annual maintenance packages, the client must request a customized package quotation.
-Annual maintenance packages for A/C units, depends on the number and capacity of the A/C units.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
All the invoices raised by Repair Plus for spare parts and additional services that are not included in this contract or the scope of work and have been approved by the client, must be settled upon the presentation of the invoice. Failure to immediately settle these invoices may result in suspension or discontinuation of all services under this annual maintenance contract and can only be restored upon full settlement. Repair Plus will not be responsible for any damages during the suspension and discontinuation of the services and the contract duration will not be extended to compensate for the suspension period.
Due to safety reasons and our strict spare parts quality control policy, Repair Plus will not install any material supplied by the customer or third parties.
Repair Plus provides a 30 day warranty on services provided.
Spare parts provided by Repair Plus carry a warranty that is limited to the manufacturer warranty from where the parts was sourced, varying based on the part.
Cancellation of Scheduled Visits
Notification will be communicated to the client 1 week prior to the preventative planned maintenance being carried out. If no confirmation is received from the client 48 hours prior to the appointment being carried out, the appointment will be cancelled with the customer having 1 chance to reschedule the appointment within a 4 week period.
No rescheduling is permitted for water tank cleaning.
In any case a 48 hour notice must be given to cancel a scheduled visit upon which the client will be provided 1 opportunity to reschedule within a 4 week period.
Customers that cancel a scheduled visit with less than 48 hours notice or are not available at the time of a scheduled visit or cancel a scheduled visit more than once will forego the right to that scheduled maintenance visit and are not eligible for a refund.
Disclaimer of liability
The client acknowledges that accidental damage and normal wear and tear can affect their cars, home and contents. The client indemnifies Repair Plus from any costs associated with damage to external car surfaces, home finishes or home contents during the contract period. However, our technicians have been extensively trained to avoid most incidents.
You agree that we are not responsible to you for anything that we may otherwise be responsible for, if it is the result of events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, insurrection, riots, terrorism, crime, labor shortages (including lawful and unlawful strikes), embargoes, postal disruption, communication disruption, unavailability of payment processors, failure or shortage of infrastructure, shortage of materials, or any other event beyond our control.
In the event that a provision of this contract is found to be unlawful, conflicting with another provision of the contract, or otherwise unenforceable, the contract will remain in force as though it had been entered into without that unenforceable provision being included in it.
If two or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed to conflict with each other’s operation, Repair Plus shall have the sole right to elect which provision remains in force.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile, therefore any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
